Vessel Schedules

1 From the Home page, click the Manage Allocations menu in the right-hand corner of the page, then click Vessel Schedules. The Vessel Schedules page will appear.

2 You can view vessel schedules that have been uploaded into the system and also upload new vessel schedules or inland transit times.

Inland transit times are standard transit times (number of days) between Discharge Port and Destination Port. Carrier Allocation will use this number of days to automatically calculate the arrival date at the Destination Port based on the Discharge Port.

3 Click Vessel Schedule Template or Inland Transit Times Template in the Upload section and fill in the template with the vessel schedules or inland transit times you want to upload. Click Select Upload and chose Vessel Schedule or Inland Transit Times. Click Browse to find the template you modified and then click Upload.

Row 2 - 4 of the template contains examples. Make sure to delete the examples before filling in the template with your vessel information. Any vessel information that you upload will replace the information in the system.

J	Est. Departure Date (Required) Enter the date the vessel is expected to depart from the origin port. Enter a date format that Excel will accept.	10
K	Est. Arrival Date at Discharge Port (Required) Enter a date when Vessel is expected to arrive at the Discharge Port.	10
L	Est. Arrival Date at Destination Port (Required) Enter the date the vessel is expected to arrive at the destination port. Enter a date format that Excel will accept.	10
M	Carrier Week (Required) Enter your designated carrier week number.	2
N	Year (Required) Enter the year for the carrier week.	4

Row 2 of the template contains an example. Make sure to delete the example before filling in the template with your inland transit time information. Any inland transit time information that you upload will replace the existing information in the system.

4 Click Export Vessel Schedule or Export Inland Transit Times to download an Excel spreadsheet of the entries shown.
