A:  To change your password, click your name and then select Account.

 

A pop-up window will appear with your account information. In the Password section, click Change Password.

A:  The Applications menu in the top navigation will show only the applications that you have access to.

 

If you think you are missing an application, please contact us.

A:  To change your email associated with your account, click your name and then select Account.

 

A pop-up window will appear with your account information. In the Email section, click Request update to email address to request a change to your email address.

A:  If you want to change the name shown for you, click the name and then select Account.

A:  The number shown next to Notifications in the top navigation menu indicates the number of notifications that are unread. Once you click Notifications to view the messages, the number will reset to zero.
