Enhancements for Tradeflow Shipment Management Centre were released April 2021. Please read below for details about the enhancements.

Shipment Management Centre – USMCA Certification of Origin Document and Duty Reduction Program

The USMCA Certification of Origin document is now available in the Shipment Management Centre.

The NAFTA trade program ended between the three countries, U.S., Mexico, and Canada on June 30, 2020. In support of the new agreement known as USMCA, T-MEC, and CUSMA that took into effect on July 1, 2020, Tradeflow created its own USMCA Certification of Origin document to make it accessible in the Shipment Management Centre.

We have added a couple of new features to Shipment Management Centre to support this new agreement.

Booking Summary Details

A Duty Reduction Program Code (DRP Code) will only display in the booking summary details page when the DRP Code has been added in the product record of the Product Management Centre.

Booking Product Details

The product details now has a Duty Reduction Program section which automatically populates from the Product Management Centre. You can also update the Preference Criteria Code in the section as well.

USMCA Certification of Origin Editable Form

Additional fields have been added to the editable form so you can fill in as much information as you need on the Certification of Origin form.

You have the option to enter the Blanket Period date of the goods and/or enter the Shipment reference or invoice number.

The Certifier information section has been added and you can enter the information as necessary.

Qualifying Product View Table

Previously, only one viewing table was shown that displayed a list of your booking products. Now, a second product viewing table has been added to the editable form so you can easily see which products will appear on the USMCA Certification of Origin document.
