The Booking
Action buttons are located at the end of the Create
Booking screen. These buttons
can be displayed in all Detail
screens by clicking on the Booking
Actions button at the top or bottom of the screen. These
buttons allow you to create a template, save a draft booking,
submit the booking or create another booking.
The
Booking Action buttons are:

Save
Template Only |
Without
performing any validation, the entered data is saved as
a template.
First, select the check box next to the Save
Booking as Template field to enable the field.
Then enter a name for the template and click the Save
Template Only button to save as a booking template.
The template list will update with the template you created.
You can update or save over a previously saved template
by clicking
to search for an existing template. The Save
Booking as Template check box must be selected
in order to use Look-up.
Note:
If
changes are made to a previously saved template, then
you are prompted to save the updates.
If
it is creation of new template, it saves the template
name and the associated data.

Save
as Draft |
Saves
booking in the incomplete status Draft
and does not validate or submit the data. Drafts may be
updated any time and saved.
Note: A booking with a status of
Preliminary cannot be saved as a Draft. Updates on it
must be submitted. |
Submit
Preliminary |
A
preliminary booking can be modified as many times as needed
until it is made final.
Validates, saves and submits
the booking data from Preliminary status for
further proceeding.
Preliminary bookings can
be resubmitted as many times as needed and can be
used to update the service provider.
Locks the booking so that
only certain fields may be modified.

Submit
Final |
Validates, saves and submits
the booking data from Final status for further
proceeding.
Locks the booking and
will not allow any further changes.
Only one submission is allowed.

Create
Another Booking |
Click
to create a new booking; the Create
Bookings page
appears. If you have not saved your previous booking details,
the system prompts you to save the details before entering
into the Create Bookings page. |
