View Booking History |

You can view the history of changes made on a booking by using the History function. The booking status appears in the List-view when the status is changed.
To view booking history:
1 Click Find Booking from the left navigation panel.
2 Use the Search to locate the booking you wish to view. Select the check box next to the booking and click History. The Booking Submission History window appears.

The following fields appear in the Booking Submission History page:

| User | Name of the person who made changes |
| Revision Date | Date and time of the change |
| Action | Action performed on the field |
| Transmission to Booked with Party | Status of Transmission to Booked with Party |
| Receipt Number + Version Number | An onhand number generated by the system when the booking is at final status |
