Add Images

The Images section of Trade Partner Centre holds images of your trade partner's copyright statements, trademarks, photographs or images of the documents that go along with the shipments of the product. These documents could be invoices, catalogues, blueprints, anti-dumping statements, etc.

To add images to a trade partner:

1    Click Add Trade Partner from the left navigation panel or click Find Trade Partner and search for the record you want to modify.

2    If you created a new Trade Partner, you must first save before the Images section can be modified. Scroll down to the Images section and click Manage. The Add Image page appears.

3    Click Choose File and locate the image on your PC.

4    Choose the Document Type by clicking on the drop-down list. Type in a description for the image in the Description field. If you want the image to transfer when the Trade Partner is populated from the TPC to the SMC, select the Make image visible in Shipment Management Centre. check box.

5    Click Save if you want to upload more images; click Save and Close when you are completely finished to return to the Trade Partner Detail page.

To edit or delete an image:

1    Click Manage in the Images section.  The Add Image page appears.  In the Attached Images table, click the image that you want to edit.

2    The Edit Image page appears.  You can upload an updated image to replace the image by following the same actions as adding an image.
