A:  To change your password, click your name and then select Account.

 

A pop-up window will appear with your account information. In the Password section, click Change Password.

A:  To change the email address associated with your account, click your name and then select Account.

 

A pop-up window will appear with your account information. In the Email section, click Request update to email address to request a change to your email address.

A:  You may need to update your version of Adobe Reader. Go to the Adobe web site to download and install the most recent free version of Adobe Reader.

A:  In the Set Schedule & Recipients tab, select the Schedule this report check box, then select Monthly and then select 31. Even if the month has 30 or less days, the report will still run on the last day of the month.

A:  Statuses are used to describe the location of your shipment in the shipping cycle. See Shipment Statuses for more details.

A:  For US entry numbers, use the format NNN-NNNNNNN-N. However, exp.o Visibility will also recognize the entry number if you don't include the first three numbers (NNN) and enter the remaining numbers.

A:  In order to deliver on our company-wide commitment to systems security and stability, we retired certain legacy exp.o Visibility reports on January 31, 2023, and transitioned them to alternate reports. This is to ensure that we maximize data protection by publishing only those reports that are compatible with the latest security protocols.

 

Below is a list of the specific reports that were retired:

• Transportation Shipments Report
• Customs Extract (ACEE) Reports:
• Advanced Customs Invoice Item Extract
• Advanced Customs Invoice Line Extract
• Order Management Reports:
• Items as Booked/Shipped/Delivered
• Items as Ordered
• Items in Containers

 

If the report has been RETIRED, its replacement will be in EXP.O NOW. If you have issues or don't yet have an EXP.O NOW account, please contact your local Expeditors Representative who will assist you in transitioning to alternative reports.

A:  In the Report Results section, make sure your email notifications are set to On.
