Import Declaration Search

The Import Declaration Search report shows the details of your Customs Declarations as they were filed with the Customs authorities around the world. You can view the actual values, quantities, and tariffs declared to a Customs authority. Additionally, you can view the associated duty rates, duties, taxes, and fees paid. This information is visible in many cases down to the part number level and may be extracted to a spreadsheet for further analysis.

To create an Import Declaration Search report:

1      From the Reports section of the home page, click Manage Reports and then click Import Declaration Search under Customs Declarations.

2      The Import Declaration Search report will appear.

3      Select the Country and Reference Type and enter a Reference Number. You can enter multiple reference numbers by clicking Multi.

4      The rest of the fields are optional and filling them in will help narrow the results.

5      Click Search.
