Open Orders Report

The Open Orders Report shows the orders that are still in the Distribution Center waiting to be shipped. No Reference Numbers are required for the report.

1 From the home page, click Open Orders Report under Distribution in the Reports section.

Client Batch No.: Input the client batch number to reduce results by that number.

Consignee Code: Input the consignee code for the orders associated with a particular consignee.

Service Level Code: The code associated to the carrier. An example would be for FedEx, they offer Ground or Next Day Air, etc. It indicates the way the freight is shipped (either mode/way/frequency).

SKU No.: Input a specific SKU Number or a partial SKU with a Wildcard (*) to search for SKUs containing those numbers. To search for multiple SKUs, separate each SKU by a comma and no space. For example, 12*, *04. Enter a single asterisk as a wildcard search to view all SKUs for that client.

Sold to Code: Input the Third Party code to return all shipped items being paid for by a particular third party.

Status Range From/To: Choose a status from the drop-down list.

Third Party Code: Input the third party code to return all shipped items being paid for by a particular third party.

Work Order Number: Input a work order number to return all orders on a particular work order number.

ABC Classification: Enter a single digit classification code to only return work orders with that particular classification.

Carrier Code: Input the SCAC code related to the carrier.

Work Order ID: Input a unique work order number to return only that open order.
