Shipped Order/Item Search

 

The Shipped Order/Item Search allows you to track the progress of your shipped orders/items - including orders/items that have moved and those that are moving. Report results will only display information on orders/items that have been booked or received at origin.

 

To create a Shipped Order/Item Search report:

 

1      From the Reports section of the home page, click Manage Reports and then click Shipped Order/Item Search under Order Management.

 

2      The Shipped Order/Item Search report will appear.

3      Enter at least one of the following fields:

    • Order Number (you can enter multiple numbers by clicking Multi)

    • Item ID (you can enter multiple IDs by clicking Multi)

    • Reference Type and Reference Number

    • Date Type and Date

 

4      And then fill in at least one of the other fields and click Search.
