Tracking Orders |

If you're an Order Management customer you can use the Track feature on the exp.o Visibility home page to track orders and navigate to view an order's details. You can also use the Orders Received, Not Shipped and Order/Item Arrival Schedule reports, which allow you to search using additional criteria.
To track an order, select Orders from the drop-down menu, enter an order number and click Track. For a wildcard search, enter the first part of an order number followed by an asterisk as a placeholder for any number of characters. Enter at least three characters before the asterisk.
