Create New Booking

The Create New Booking section allows you to quickly create a new booking using the available templates in the drop-down list or by uploading booking data, which will automatically populate data in the booking.

To create a new booking:

• Click Create Booking from the left navigation panel.  If you have not saved your previous booking details, the system will prompt you to save before continuing.

Creating Booking Using Templates

The Shipment Management Centre templates allows you to save and reuse shipment data. Any shipment can be saved as a template.  See Templates for more information.

The templates you save can be accessed through a drop-down list. Select a template and click Create. The Create Bookings page appears populating the values present in the template. Whether you select a template or not, clicking on the Create button will result in a new Create Bookings page.
