Activity Report

 

The Activity Report shows the overall events or actions for a specified SKU or entire client for a period of time.

 

Note: The Activity Report can only be sent to you by email.

 

To create an Activity Report:

 

1      From the Reports section of the home page, click Manage Reports and then click Activity Report under Distribution.

 

2      The Activity report will appear.

3      Use the Branch/Client drop-down list to select the client you want to view.

 

4      Select the Report Name or click Customize to create a customized report layout.

 

5      Select the Transaction Date and enter the email address of the person receiving this report. You can enter multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma. Enter the SKU No. or enter an asterisk (*) to see information about all SKUs.

 

6      The rest of the fields are optional and filling them in will help narrow the results.

 

7      Click Search. An email will be sent with the report attached as a CSV file.
