exp.o Visibility What's New as of December 2017

Enhancements were released December 11, 2017.

Estimated Arrival Events

In an effort to provide best in class visibility to our users, exp.o Visibility is changing the way estimated arrival events are displayed in the Events tab of Shipment Details.  This change affects both the "Core Events" and "All Events" views.

Previously, business rules prioritized the estimated arrival events and as a result, users saw only one estimated arrival event.

Beginning December 11, 2017, users see the most recently updated event information for each of  the following event codes, if present on the shipment:

  • EDD: Estimated Arrival at Destination .

  • EDL: Estimated Delivery to Consignee

  • EDU: Estimated Arrival at Port of Unlading

  • ETA:  Estimated Time of Arrival

The purpose of this change is to improve understanding of when freight will arrive by providing more estimated arrival information in the Events screen.
