Add a Document |

The Documents section of a booking allows you to specify the document types you would like attached to the booking.
You can also upload documents to exp.o Booking. See Upload Documents for more information.
To add a document to a booking:
1 Scroll down until you reach the Documents section at the bottom of the booking. The documents available will vary depending on the booking type. For all non-domestic bookings, the Shipper's Letter of Instructions (SLI) is automatically generated. For Domestic bookings, the Contract of Carriage is automatically generated.
2 Use the Document Type drop-down list to select the document you want to add and click Add.
3 To add or edit information in the document, click Create/Edit Content.
If you add more than one Packing List, Proforma Invoice, or Commercial Invoice to a booking, you can choose which items to associate to each document by clicking Create/Edit Content and then clicking Add Items. See Add/Edit an Item for more information about items.
