Add/Edit Items

To add items to the item catalog:

1    You can add items to the item catalog one of three ways:

• In a Domestic draft booking in the Documents section by clicking Add Items/Parts for Documents....

• In the Item Catalog page by clicking New.

The Item/Part Number is required. If you unselect the Share check box, the item will NOT be shared with others in your company.

Enter as much information about the item as possible and then click Save to add the item to the Item Catalog. You can also click Save and Add New to continue adding items/parts.

• You can also Upload Items.

To edit items:

• Search for the item and then click the Item/Part Number to edit its information.
