Enhancements for Carrier Allocation were released October 26, 2015. Read below for details about the enhancements.

Issue History

Issues that span multiple Plan weeks will keep a history of the Requested, Confirmed, Rejected, Pending and Comments for the carrier voyage. No data from before October 26, 2015 will be shown.

System-generated Issues

Carrier Allocation will now automatically generate issues based on carrier confirmations. An issue will be automatically generated when the carrier:

• Rejects volume

• Marks volume as Pending or

• Leaves a comment.

All issues must be closed before you can release next week's plan.

Add Attachment to Issue

You can now add attachments to active or closed issues. When you click Add New Issue, Edit Issue, or Add Comment, the Add Attachment section at the bottom of the pop-up window will allow you to click Choose File to find the file you want to upload.
