FCC regulates equipment used for inter-state and foreign communications by radio, television, wire, cable, microwave and satellite.

Status

If this PGA is non-applicable, select the status to Disclaimed, followed by a Disclaim Reason Code.

Disclaim Reason Code

If the PGA is non-applicable, select Disclaimed for the Status and then you must also select a disclaim reason code. This provides a clear and explicit flagging for these disclaim situations.

Import Condition

The import condition describes the condition of the import. Values in the drop-down list are:

  • 01 - An equipment authorization has been issued by FCC.

  • 02 - Device does not require equipment authorization, but complies with FCC requirements.

  • 03 - Importing not more than 200 units for testing and evaluation for FCC compliance. Not for sale or marketing.

  • 04 - Importing not more than 10 units for display at trade shows or evaluation. Not for sale or marketing.

  • 05 - Device intended solely for export. Not for sale or marketing in U.S.

  • 06 - For use exclusively by U.S. Government Agency.

  • 07 - Importing not more than 3 receivers, computers, or unintentional radiators for importers use only.  Not for sale or marketing.

  • 08 - Device is being imported for repair. Not for sale or marketing.

Model/Type Number

Model or Type number of the product

Trade Name

The product's trade name.

Withhold Public Inspection?

Select Yes if the importer wants to withhold public inspection.

Identifier

Code assigned by FCC. This is required if the Import Condition code is 01.

Notes

Space for notes.

Trade Partners

Click Add New Partner to add additional trade partners.

Code

Enter the supplier/vendor's Trade Partner ID by entering the reference or clicking Look-up icon to select.

Role

Select the role of the Trade Partner from the drop-down list.
