Add/Modify PGA Information

Partner Government Agencies (PGA) information is required for clearing of products that are imported into the United States or Canada. If the product comes under the jurisdiction of one of the PGAs, then you may have to provide the appropriate information to acquire the certification.

Tradeflow helps you provide information for PGAs in USA and Canada. Click the PGA in the table below for more detailed information on how to fill it out:

To add PGA information to a product:

1    In the Partner Government Agencies section of the product detail page, select the Has PGA check box.

2    Select the check boxes next to the PGAs that apply to your product. The label will turn into a link and you can click it to be taken to the PGA section for editing. The product will be saved when you view the PGA details.

3    To add additional individual PGAs, at the bottom of the detail page for each PGA, you can click New PGA to add an additional PGA.

4    For more detailed information on specific PGAs, refer to the PGA table above.

To edit PGA information:

1    In the Partner Government Agencies section of a product detail page, click the name of the PGA you want to edit.

2    The Detail-view of the record appears.  Edit the information and click Save.
