End Use Code

From the drop-down list, select the reason for the import. Values in the drop down list are:

• TC01 - Sale

• TC02 - Export

• TC03 – Not Regulated

• TC04 – For Retread

• TC05 – Scrap Tire

Tire Class

From the drop-down list, select the appropriate tire classification code for the tire commodity being imported. Values in the drop down list are:

• TC01 - New

• TC02 - Retreaded

• TC03 – Used

Tire Type

From the drop-down list, select the appropriate tire type for the tire commodity being imported. Values in the drop down list are:

• TC04 - On-Road

• TC05 – Off-Road

Tire Size

From the drop-down list, select the appropriate tire size that for the tire commodity being imported. Values in the drop down list are:

• TC06 – Below 14 in

• TC07 – 14 in

• TC08 – 15 in

• TC09 – 16 in

• TC10 – 17 in

• TC11 – 18 in

• TC12 – 19 in

• TC13 – Above 19 in

Brand Name

Brand name of vehicle commodity being imported.

Compliance Statement

From the drop-down list, select one of the certification codes indicating that either a Statement of Compliance Label or a Manufacturer Letter is attached. Values in the drop down list are:

• TC01 – New/Retreaded Tires from All Countries

• TC02 – New/Retreaded Tires from USA

• TC07 – Used Tires from All Countries

• TC08 – Used Tires from USA

Vehicle Class

From the drop-down list, select the class code of the vehicle commodity being imported. Values in the drop-down list are:

• 01 - Bus

• 02 – Multipurpose Passenger Vehicle

• 03 – Passenger Car

• 04 - Snowmobile

• 05 - Snowmobile Cutter Trailer

• 06 - Trailer

• 07 - Trailer Converter Dolly

• 09 - Restricted Use Motorcycle

• 10 – Low Speed Vehicle

• 11 – Three Wheeled Vehicle

• 12 – Enclosed Motorcycle

• 13 – Open Motorcycle

• 14 – Limited Speed Motorcycle

• 15 – Motor Tricycle

Title Status

From the drop-down list, select the title status code of vehicle commodity being imported. Values in the drop down list are:

• TC14 – Rebuilt

• TC15 – Salvage

• TC16 – Scrap

• TC17 - Clean

Vehicle Status

From the drop-down list, select the vehicle status code of vehicle commodity being imported. Values in the drop down list are:

• TC18 – Inadmissible

• TC19 – Admissible

Vehicle Condition

Select the vehicle condition from the drop-down list to populate the code and its description. Values in the drop down list are:

• TC17 – Normal Damage

• TC18 – Severe Damage

Compliance Statement

From the drop-down list, select one of the certification codes indicating that either a Statement of Compliance Label or a Manufacturer Letter is attached. Values in the drop down list are:

• TC03 – Statement of Compliance Label Attached

• TC05 – Manufacture Letter Attached

Brand name of tire commodity being imported.

Model Name

Model name of vehicle commodity being imported.

Chassis Make of vehicle commodity being imported.

Chassis Model

Model name of vehicle commodity being imported.

Chassis Producer

Chassis Producer of vehicle commodity being imported.

Trade Name

Trade Name of vehicle commodity being imported.

Trade Partners

Click Add New Trade Partner to add additional trade partners.

Code

Enter the trade partner ID or click on the  eye glass to search for the trade partner ID.
