System Requirements

For optimal performance and experience, the computer that you use to run Tradeflow® needs to meet the following hardware and software minimum requirements. The performance of Tradeflow is largely determined by the speed of your computer and the bandwidth of your Internet connection.

Hardware	Minimum Requirements
Screen Resolution	1024 x 768 or greater
Network Connection	5 MB/sec or greater

Software	Minimum Requirements
Operating System	Microsoft Edge is supported for the following Operating Systems Hardware and Operating System must meet requirements for any supported browser
Browser	Edge version 101 and later (64-bit version recommended) is fully supported. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are presently supported for these centres: - Product Management Centre (PMC) - Trade Partner Centre (TPC) - Trade Reference Centre (TRC) - Tradeflow Portal Help Shipment Management and Admin Centre are only supported in Microsoft Edge running in IE Compatibility Mode.
Office and Desktop Applications	Office 2016 (or later) is recommended, as Tradeflow outputs documents in the *.xlsx format. Current versions of Open Office and LibreOffice may also be used.
PDF Reader	Tradeflow documents can be viewed in Adobe Acrobat 5.0 and later, and other third-party PDF viewers which are compatible with the supported browsers.

Note: If you are having issues with the Administration Centre (AC) or Shipment Management Centre (SMC), please switch your browser to Microsoft Edge (running IE compatibility mode) and feel free to forward the issue to Tradeflow Support to help us in correcting the issue. We hope to have support for the AC and SMC by the end of this year.
