Print Trade Partner Information

Tradeflow provides a Printable Version of the Trade Partner information that is identical to the contents of the View Trade Partner page except that the Trade Partner Images section is omitted. In addition, a header contains the Expeditors Logo on the left and the Tradeflow logo on the right, and the footer contains the copyright statement. The contents of this screen is formatted to enable printing on an A4 or Letter-sized paper.

To print trade partner information:

1    Click Find Trade Partner from the left navigation panel.

2    Search for the Trade Partner you want to print.

3    Click the record in the search results to open it.

4    If you have permission to edit Trade Partners, the Edit Trade Partner page appears. Click View to go to the View Trade Partner page.

5    Click Printable Version; the Trade Partner information appears in a new window. Click Print This Page to print.
