View Trade Partner Information

The View mode allows you to view the trade partner information in a non-editable mode. Access to the Edit mode through this is restricted to certain users and depends upon your access rights. The View mode protects your data from accidental changes that may occur.

To view trade partner information in a non-editable mode:

1 Click Find Trade Partner from the left navigation panel.

2 Search for the Trade Partner you want to view.

3 Click the record in the search results to open it.

4 If you have permission to edit Trade Partners, the Edit Trade Partner page appears. Click View to go to the View Trade Partner page.

If you don't have permission to edit Trade Partners, the View Trade Partner page appears by default.

Note: If you created a new Trade Partner, the View button will appear only after you Save the Trade Partner for the first time.

A list of the buttons that appear in the View Trade Partner page:

Button	Description
History	Click this to view the history of changes made to the image.
Edit	Click this to go into Edit mode to edit the information. The Edit button is disabled if you do not have suitable access rights. See Edit Trade Partners for more information.
Screen	Click this to screen the Trade Partner against the Denied Parties List. See Screen a Trade Partner for more information.
Printable Version	Click this to print the Trade Partner information. See Print Trade Partner Information for more information.
Cancel	Click this to return to the previous page.
