Edit Trade Partners |

By accessing a record in Edit mode, you can modify Trade Partner Details, Address Details, Contact Details and Images. You may not be able to access Edit mode if you do not have permission.
To edit a trade partner:
Click Find Trade Partner from the left navigation panel and search for the Trade Partner you want to edit. Click the record in the search results to open it in Detail-view where you can edit the record.
Alternatively, when you Save a new Trade Partner, the page will refresh and display the Trade Partner details in the Edit mode.

Viewing Rights Tab |
Available only if you have permission to edit the viewing capabilities of users. See Viewing Rights for more information. Note: Only sponsored Trade Partners are allowed to alter Viewing Rights. |
Parent/Child Relationships Tab |
Parent/Child Relationship function allows you to identify Trade Partner(s) as being the Parent(s) or Child(ren) of the current Trade Partner. See Parent/Child Relationships for more information |
Restricted Party Screen Results Tab |
View the results of screening a Trade Partner. See View Screening Results for more information. |
View |
Click this to view the Trade Partner Details in a non-editable mode. See View Trade Partner Information for more information. |
Copy |
Click this to make a copy of the Trade Partner. |
Save |
Click this to save changes to the Trade Partner Details and stay on the page. |
Save and Close |
Click this to save changes and go back to the previous screen. |
Save and Next |
Click this to save changes and move on to the next Trade Partner in your search results. |
Register |
Click this to register an organization and allow them to access your information. Fill out the registration form and click Submit. They will receive an email from Tradeflow about your request to add them as a sponsor. |
New |
Click this to add a new Trade Partner. |
History |
Click this to view the history of changes made to the Trade Partner. See View Trade Partner History for more information. |
Delete |
Click this to delete the Trade Partner. |
Cancel |
Click this to cancel changes made to the Trade Partner and go to the Trade Partner Centre Home page. |
