Parent/Child Relationships |

Parent/Child Relationship function allows you to identify Trade Partner(s) as being the Parent(s) or Child(ren) of the current Trade Partner.
To create a parent/child relationship between trade partners:
1 Click Find Trade Partner from the left navigation panel and search for the Trade Partner you want to edit. Click the record in the search results to open it.
2 Click the Parent/Child Relationships tab.

To assign
a Parent, choose a Trade Partner from the left list box in the
Identify Parent(s) section
and transfer to the right list box using the arrow buttons.
To assign a Child, choose a Trade Partner from the left list box
in the Identify Children
section and transfer to the right list box using the arrow buttons.

Tip: To select sections of multiple Trade Partners, hold down Shift and click the first and last Trade Partner in the section.
To select multiple Trade Partners randomly, hold down Control and only click on the Trade Partners you want.
Click

to select all Trade Partners.
4 Click Save to assign selected Trade Partners. The page will refresh and show the tree structure of Parent and Children in the Assigned section. Click Clear Settings, to unassign Trade Partner relationships.
