Mass Screening

The Mass Screening function allows you to perform Denied Party Screening on multiple Trade Partner records.

2 Search for the records you want to screen. Make sure the search results show only the Trade Partners you want to screen. Narrow your search until you have only the Trade Partner records you want to screen.

4 Select the screening criteria and click Screen. An email with the results will be sent to the email address you provided in your profile or that you entered in the Email Address field.

Description

Enhanced Match?

Allows you to widen your search by including similar results, using a combination of "fuzzy" search algorithms. Select from:

Yes - retrieves closely worded results, such as a transposition of two characters; or use of punctuation within a word (such as a hyphen).
No - will ignore closely worded results, and only retrieve exactly worded values only.

Phonetic Match?

Allows you to widen your search by including results that sound similar. Select from:

Yes - retrieves results sounding similar to the field values provided for screening. For example: if the field value is Almori, words such as, Al-Amiri, Almari and Almori are retrieved.
No - retrieves results that match the field values exactly. For example: if the field value is Almori, then just the word Almori is retrieved

Match on all Lists?

Option to match on all provided list of countries.

Yes - Match against all available Denied Party Lists. Yes is selected by default and all available countries are considered for screening.
No - The country check boxes are enabled and you can select one or more countries for screening.

Threshold

To minimize the false positives, Tradeflow offers the ability to set a sensitivity threshold for screening.

"Points" are assigned based on the likelihood of a hit.

Screen on Contacts?

Option to choose screening on contacts. Select from Yes or No.

Screen from Last Screened Date?

Option to start screening from last screened date.

Email Address

Enter your email address if you want the results to be emailed to you. Use commas between additional email addresses.

Select the address types to screen. If you have multiple addresses, and you want to screen for each field of the address type, then select check boxes present for each address type.

Please Select the Fields to Screen

Tradeflow only screens for the fields you select in this section and displays all possible matches in the Trade Party Screen Results tab. See View Screening Results for more information.
