Screen
a Trade Partner |
|
Once a Trade Partner is added to your database, you can determine
if the Trade Partner is a denied party. The screening function
in Tradeflow allows you to screen any Trade Partner you add against
the Denied Party List to identify possible matches. These matches
are displayed in the Trade Party
Screen Results tab. See View
Screening Results for more information.
You can keep track of how many times a Trade Partner has been
screened because every time a screening is performed, Tradeflow
generates a unique Transaction ID and displays it in the Screening
Audit. See Screening Audit
Trail for more information.
Based on the preferences set by your administrator, you may
have the option of screening every field of your Trade Partner's
address.
To screen multiple Trade Partners at once, see Mass
Screening for more information.

exactly worded values only.

field values provided for screening. For example:
if the field value is Almori, words such as, Al-Amiri,
Almari and Almori are retrieved.

exactly. For example: if the field value is Almori,
then just the word Almori is retrieved
