Screening Audit Trail

This function displays the number of times a Trade Partner has been screened.

To view the screening audit trail for a trade partner:

1 Click Find Trade Partner from the left navigation panel.

2 Search for the record you want to view the screening audit of.

3 Click the record in the search results to open it.

4 In the Restricted Party Screening section of the Trade Partner Detail tab, click History... or, in the Restricted Party Screen Results tab, click Screening Audit. The Screening Audit Trail pop-up window appears. Click Extract to save a CSV file of the audit.

A list of the columns and buttons that appear in the Screening Audit Trail page:

Column/Button	Description
Extract	Click to extract the Screening Audit Trail in the form of an Excel spreadsheet.
Screened On	Date the Trade Partner was screened.
Screened By	Name of the person who screened the Trade Partner.
Transaction ID	System generated identification number that is generated each time the screening is done.
Matched	Whether the denied party names matched with the Trade Partner.
No. Of Results	Number of matches found when screened.
Screening Notes	Notes made during screening by the screener.
Show Search and Sort	Click to show the Search Functions.
Close	Click to close the pop-up window.
