Document Forms Library

The Document Forms Library allows you to access a list of document forms. You can search for any document by country, language or paper size.

To search for documents using the Document Forms Library:

1 Click Document Forms Library from the left navigation panel. The menu will expand.

2 Enter the search criteria in the Name field and select the type of search from the drop-down list. Choose the Country and Language by selecting them from the list. Choose the Paper Size by selecting from the drop-down list.

Tip: To select sections of multiple fields, hold down Shift and click the first and last field in the section.
To select multiple fields that are not contiguous, hold down Control and only click on the fields you want.

3 Click Search to run the search or click Clear All to clear the fields and start over.

4 Click a row to view the document in PDF format.
