Tracking Declarations

Now you can track a declaration, and go right to its details and documents.

Benefits

• You can track a declaration from the exp.o Visibility home page, and go right to its details and documents. Declaration details will be available to view even if the associated shipments have been completed over 120 days ago and are no longer available.  

• You can track declarations with or without a broker ID number.

• If there are no results when tracking a declaration number, we’ll automatically look for shipments with that number as a reference.

The ability to track declarations will be available to all exp.o Visibility users, but there are countries for which Expeditors does not yet receive entry details. If no details are available for a declaration, we’ll display any shipments that list it as a reference. As of September 2016, Expeditors receives entry details for the countries below. More countries are added periodically.

How it works

Select Declarations from the drop-down menu on the exp.o Visibility home page, enter a declaration number and click Track. See more information and tips for tracking declarations.
