Customer Enhancements

Group Ports

Ports that you consider geographically the same in terms of routing (i.e. Los Angeles and Long Beach) can now be grouped so that they are treated the same throughout Carrier Allocation. Please contact your Expeditors representative if you would like to make any changes to how your ports are grouped.

Guidance Updates

The Guidance page now has a Manage Guidance section, which combines the upload and export features into one section. You can view and export guidance by contract year by clicking the export icon () next to the contract year.

The Remove Port link allows you to remove the guidance from origin/destination port pairs or destination ports to keep the information in Carrier Allocation accurate. This does not affect the rest of Carrier Allocation, just the guidance for all contract years in the system.

See Guidance for more information.

New Fields - Vessel Ports

You can now specify the Vessel Origin Port, Vessel Discharge Port and Vessel Destination Port to filter by POs using those ports.

See View Allocation Plan - PO View for more information.
