The Tradeflow Demonstration Centre contains screen-recorded videos that describe how to use Tradeflow's features.
The Trade Partner Centre (TPC) serves two purposes. The main purpose is to screen against global denied party lists. Screening is performed regularly and the customer is notified when potential restricted parties are found. The second purpose is storing the customers’ vendors’ information, like their address and contact person, in order to associate them to their parts in the Product Management Centre. This is designed to facilitate customs filing, especially if the data includes PGA.
Tradeflow allows the user to manually add a trade partner record. You should have a Trade Parter code, Name and Type at a minimum. You can also add the Address and a Contact person name if desired.
The Enhanced Screening offers flexibility to the user. There are five threshold levels. The point count at threshold (1) is as low as 20 points. At threshold (5) the point count is as high as 115 points. There are 13 Global Restricted Party Lists that the user can chose to screen them all, or select specific ones to screen against. See Screen a Trade Partner for more information.
