As this application doesn't have a traditional user interface, we are unable to use our established online communication methods. To alert users of service interruptions and updates, we use two communication paths:


  1. System notifications on the landing page of the online help.
  2. Email communication to the business and technical contacts provided at registration. If these contacts change, please notify your Expeditors representative or reach out to Visibility Support to ensure you continue to receive valuable notifications.
