Version Policy

 

This API follows the principles of semantic versioning:

  • Increment MAJOR version when an incompatible change is made
  • Increment MINOR version when functionality is added in a backwards-compatible manner
  • Increment PATCH version when backwards-compatible bug fixes are made

 

The major version can be found in the base path, e.g. /v2.

 

Previous versions of the API will be hosted for six (6) months then decommissioned. Users are strongly encourage to upgrade calls in a timely manner to take advantage of the newest features and avoid service interruption.
