About Tradeflow Trade Partner Centre

The Trade Partner Centre allows you to create and manage all data related to your trade partners. The definition of a Trade Partner includes any outside party deemed as a key provider or beneficiary of data or documents related to your shipment or business.

Examples of primary trade partner types are:

• Suppliers

• Consignees

• Transportation Providers

• Warehouses

• Customs Brokers and Agents

Other trade partner types include, but are not limited to:

• Financial Intermediaries

• Inspection Agencies

• Sourcing or Marketing Intermediaries

This database will allow you to keep all company and contact data current by manual entry or file exchange. See Upload Trade Partner Data for more information.

Trade Partner data is used in booking transactions and trade/shipping documents. Tradeflow has the ability to validate Trade Partner records by screening for denied parties. You will be able to test trade partners against a known shippers database to assure they are certified and also maintain a customizable alert list for customer-specific party denial.
