Reports

Page Outline

The searches and reports in exp.o Visibility give you the ability to analyze all aspects of your shipment.

Depending on how exp.o Visibility is set up for your use, you might not have access to all of the reports listed here. If you see a report that you think you might want to use, please contact support or reach out to your local Expeditors Representative.

Tip: When you Create a Report, your customized report will appear in the Customized section.

See Customize a Distribution Report for instructions specific to distribution reports.

If the report has been RETIRED, its replacement will be in EXP.O NOW. If you have issues or don't yet have an EXP.O NOW account, please contact your local Expeditors Representative who will assist you in transitioning to alternative reports.

Transportation

Shipments - Use additional criteria to track a shipment to view shipment details. RETIRED

Container Search - Shows container information such as dates, total packages, and origin and destination.

Status at Origin - Lists all of your shipments being prepared for transit.

Status in Transit - Lists all of your shipments currently in transit to a final destination.

Status at Destination - Lists all of your shipments that have arrived at an Expeditors Destination office.

Container Loadability - Provides details about the average amount of space being used in the containers you're shipping.

Order Management

Items as Ordered - Shows details about all orders. RETIRED

Items as Booked/Shipped/Delivered - Shows orders that have been linked to a shipment. RETIRED

Items in Containers - Shows orders that have been linked to a container. RETIRED

Orders Received, Not Shipped - Shows what orders are still at the origin port.

Order/Item Arrival Schedule - Shows the orders and items that will be arriving over the next 4 weeks from the date that the report was run.

Order Status Report - Status report of all Order Items in the date range you specify.

Shipped Order/Item Search - Track the progress of your shipped orders/items - including orders/items that have moved and those that are moving.

Shipped Item Summary - Shows the total quantity shipped for a specific Item ID.

Vendor Performance Summary - Shows the overall compliance of the vendor's ability to meet your required dates.

Vendor Performance Detail - Shows the level of compliance for a vendor by tracking order and line item fulfillment.

Customs Declarations

Import Declaration Search - View and analyze the details of your Customs Declarations as they were filed with the Customs authorities around the world.

Advanced Customs Invoice Item Extract - Shows data from the perspective of the commercial invoice, for example, you can include the invoice number, PO number, etc. RETIRED

Advanced Customs Invoice Line Extract - Shows data from the perspective of the tariff line, for example, it will include the declaration line number. RETIRED

Distribution

Real Time Inventory - Item-level view of your inventory at an Expeditors' Distribution Center.

Open Orders Report - Shows the orders that are still in the Distribution Center waiting to be shipped.

Receipt PO Activity - Shows the Receipt and Shipment activity of a customer-specific Purchase Order number.

Receipt Visibility Search - View information about inbound shipments to an Expeditors' Distribution Center.

Work Order - View the status of a specific work order or a list of work orders.

Inventory Aging Report - Shows the age, in days, for inventory stored in a Distribution Center.

Shipping Report - Initiate a report request for orders and items that were shipped during a specific time frame.

Receipt Report - Shows receipt information in the date range you specify.

Activity Report - Shows the overall events or actions for a specified SKU or entire client for a period of time.
